Are You a Caregiver? Come and share your story.

Caring for an older loved one can be both rewarding and challenging, especially when balancing the demands of work and family. Support and resources to help you navigate the health care system and look after yourself can make this role easier.

St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association has been funded by the Ministry of Health to explore and address these challenges in the Waterloo- Wellington area.

Please join us and other family caregivers to share your experiences at a Caregiver Café for some conversation and refreshments. Your caregiving story will help to build resources to support other caregivers!
