What Clients Are Saying . . .

We are POAs and friends of an elderly bachelor gentleman, a retired Chemical Engineer, who has lost his short term memory and currently resides on a locked unit in the retirement home.  He has no living family members, only a few local faithful friends.  Angela came onto our radar through a friend Joan, who highly recommended Angela knowing what an excellent companion she had been with her mother who had Alzheimer’s.  We immediately were impressed by her warm, caring and compassionate ways when she communicated, both with her new client and us.  Angela has been so comforting carrying on with her visits through this entire Covid 19 lockdown, she even became his # 1 Caregiver.  We are so grateful since we cannot currently visit in person.  We receive email updates after her visits to keep us informed of his mood or circumstance.  Angela is full of great strategies whether it is distracting him when he is “grumpy” or convincing him to try on a new clothing item and then even to discard an old frayed favorite cardigan.  She is honest and devoted—a real gem who we highly recommend!   Her logo is “Helping Hands and Loving Heart”.  So true.

Five Star Care by a Special Lady!

Angela has made a huge impact on the life of a  91 year old gentleman she visits 3 times a week in Assisted Living accommodations as well as the lives of his friends who care deeply for him and have been unable to visit him.     Our friend has no relatives and suffers from severe memory loss.  Notwithstanding his memory, in the moment he is a very intelligent man and enjoys stimulating conversations with Angela.    He has formed a strong bond with Angela and while he cannot remember her visits he recognizes her when she arrives and does not want her to leave at the end of the visit.   Angela is so kind, caring, compassionate and genuine, we cannot imagine our lives without her.

I can, without hesitation, recommend Angela to care for your senior loved ones.  You will not be disappointed.

Angela is patient, caring and easy to get along with.   She provides cheerful friendship, conversation and social interaction for Mom, who suffered a stroke and is wheelchair dependent and visually impaired.  Mom looks forward to her visits as she brings joy, lifts her spirits and helps Mom cope with the challenges of her life.

Angela supports me as well by helping to keep Mom's clothes and closet in order, giving Mom regular manicures and send emails to keep me up to date.  I appreciate how dependable and flexible she is.

Angela has a special gift.  She's able to work well with frail seniors and their families.

I highly recommend Angela to any family looking for support for their elderly parent.

Honest, loving, dependable and a joy to be around.  These are just some of the qualities Angela brings every time I see her smiling face.  For over a year now Angela has regularly done my grocery shopping as well as other errands as required.  I have highly recommended her to many of my friends.

Angela has made such a positive difference in our lives.  My mother has Alzheimer's Disease.  Angela's twice weekly visits give Mom the extra attention she needs and allows us a little time to do other things.  Angela is caring, creative and genuinely enjoys spending time with Mom, who has responded so well to her new found friend.  We couldn't be more pleased.
